The Position
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for growing our business internationally through Paid Search, SEO and other online marketing channels. In this ROI-focused role, you will identify and prioritise opportunities in selected countries, driving aggressive, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Google, Bing and other relevant search engines
  • Identify, set up and manage campaigns on relevant shopping comparison engines throughout the world
  • Manage and optimise SEO, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage online analytics tools, providing reporting and analysis to the business and overseeing adoption of new tools
  • Identify, create and optimise other online marketing campaigns including remarketing and social media advertising
  • Recommend new marketing ideas and campaigns
Basic Qualifications
  • Extensive experience running large scale international PPC campaigns on Google, Bing and other search engines, for a similar ecommerce or transaction based business
  • Proven track record in delivering profitable online marketing campaigns internationally
  • Deep understanding of website architecture and SEM/SEO best practices
  • Experience of managing other online marketing campaigns including display, remarketing and social media advertising
  • Outstanding analytical and reporting skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Adwords, AdWords Editor and Google Analytics
  • An ambitious self-starter, with a data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
  • International experience
