Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Amazon’s Operations and Customer Service organization is looking for a talented Internal Recruitment Manager to join its Internal Transfer team (iTeam). Amazon’s Internal Recruiters will support the iTeam team’s key launch recruiting programs, to include internal talent initiatives, offer preparations, internal mobility and recruiting-related events. They are passionate customer and candidate advocates, with proven organizational capabilities and project management skills; self-starters with a passion for recruiting and talent management. Internal Recruiters help identify, develop, integrate and simplify innovative talent solutions alongside the recruiting teams and business partners across the Amazon Operations and Customer Service network.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead a growing team of 3 internal Recruiters
  • Drive resolution of exceptions and other internal transfer-related challenges
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and applying a structured project management methodology
  • Managing the flow of communication with the business partners and internal candidates, related to internal mobility
  • Creating and reporting accurate recruiting metrics to highlight the internal application, interview and hiring activity across Amazon Operations and Customer Service
  • Participate in the creation of internal talent initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Must have experience building effective stakeholder relationships
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar tools
  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prince 2 Project Management qualification
  • Team Management experience
  • Fluency in other European language(s)
  • Knowledge of HR policies and process
  • Recruiting experience, including experience of cross border transfers and immigration
