Our (senior) HR business partner and (senior) human resources managers are experts in various subjects, DE employee relations, performance management, talent management, as well as also in succession planning, employee commitment and legislative compliance. They have the right skills to work in the heart of Amazon's and they are available for all managers and all employees of the fulfillment centers as a contact. Our DE HR team are an integral part of HR and management and you play a decisive role, because we can be successful in the long term only with the best and most satisfied employees.
Depending on the level of the position for which you apply, your interview will focus one of the following or in several areas concerned interface functions:
Will be responsible for advising management and all employees of a site in all matters of personnel. On the basis of a solid foundation of knowledge in legal issues in collective matters but also in administrative personnel matters, they will work on a variety of topics and be involved in solutions. Will advise on problems through the analysis of key figures and facts. You design, simplify, and improve processes that align for continuous improvements in fulfillment centers. They are integrated in the local, the national and the international HR team and learn from and with them through regular exchange of experience. Have an open and communication style that you makes you the "go to"-Person.

They understand employee engagement and the entrepreneurial spirit that is needed to develop the fulfillment centers. You are a business partner, a visible and strong Communicator. You will use your experience and your instinct as a base to continue to increase commitment - good leaders make the right decisions - almost always.
Your solid experience in HR is the basis on which you build the confidence of others. This trust will help you to understand the site management and site HR team and develop.
