Job Description

Position Description:
We believe that at Amazon every day is "Day One". We are looking for a motivated part-time Program Assistant to join our Customer Experience Strategy team. This role is a flexi-time role of up to 8 hours per week (schedule to be discussed and determined up front) and ideally suited to someone currently studying an analytical degree and looking for some commercial experience with an exciting, dynamic company.

Job requirements:
· Record the quality of customer-related processes in Amazon
· Analyse the key success factors such as: product availability, pricing and delivery offerings
· A wide range of data collection and varied administrative tasks, some of which could be of a mildly physical nature




Basic Qualifications

· Studying/having studied an analytical subject (economics, finance, mathematics, sciences)
· Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel
· Good attention to detail
· PC/MS Office competent
· Good written and oral communication in English
· Self-starter and extremely organized

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous work experience, particularly handling data recording and business analysis
· Proficiency in non-English European language would be an advantage
· Interest in e-commerce and retail business issues
· Willingness to learn and improve the overall customer experience
