Senior Manager, Compensation - EU Operations
This position will be responsible for managing the planning, design and administration of the organization's baseline and incentive compensation policies and programs for the European Customer Fulfillment organization. The incumbent will take an active role in formulating the on-going compensation philosophy for the operations group and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices and structures that balance risk and reward.
The individual will work directly with HR Business Partners, Management and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic business model and to assist, as required, in variable incentive compensation plan design consultation.
The position will also be responsible for components such as the strategy, design, policies, guidelines, and operationalization of a key concept critical to the foundation of a specific compensation program. Works to gain alignment with different constituencies and represents a common point of view across multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate should be results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
The position will leverage central practices to foster and lead international compensation teams for an alignment with global and regional strategies, market conditions, business requirements, and support the approval and deployment of harmonized policies.
