We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build lifecycle marketing programs and new features that will delight customers, increase benefits awareness, and innovate the Prime member experience. You will play a significant role in defining membership communications, creating a best-in-class customer experience along the way. In this role, you will leverage a portfolio of marketing channels and product features to develop a strategy that scales worldwide.
Key to success in this role is the ability to work in a matrix organization and across multiple geographies. Creative thinking is also critical as the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing new CX improvements and membership onboarding concepts. Finally, you must possess an eye for innovation, in order to think around corners for members, and then work cross-functionally to implement those improvements. This role requires a considerable amount of autonomy and discretion to execute tasks in a timely manner and to a high degree of quality.
