Amazon Prime Video is seeking a highly talented and motivated Digital Merchandising Manager. You’ll be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience on a daily basis by launches of new Movie and TV content, whilst planning and executing strategic promotional campaigns. You’ll successfully use customer segmentation to increase engagement rates across Europe because you’re as passionate about Movies & TV as our customers are. With an eye for compelling merchandising, a passion for continuous testing and improvements, as well as displaying an aptitude for data-analysis, you’ll help to revolutionise the way our customers watch Prime Video across the globe.
The Digital Merchandising Manager will also contribute to the testing, development and implementation of new features for our most important devices. By working closely with internal teams and across multiple functional areas including product development and other marketing channels, you’ll help to cement our presence across Europe.
- Creating and scheduling merchandising campaigns to promote Amazon Prime Video content across the home pages of multiple devices
- Optimizing content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis - documenting the results and sharing best practices
- Testing of new customer-facing product features
- Identifying opportunities for content efficiency and automation and working cross-functionally to implement them
