Amazon is looking for an exceptionally talented Manager with relentless focus on improving our selection growth process. This role has a broad, high impact scope and is highly visible within the EU organization. Your interactions and relationships will span a broad group of stakeholders, functions, and regions. You will be an authoritative voice of EU Customer Experience and be considered the go-to subject matter expert by senior stakeholders and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
· Drive initiatives that capitalize on Amazon’s regional presence in Europe to offer an always-growing product selection to our customers.
· Drive and support the overall growth of the business by scaling tools, processes and services to make them operate cross-border at European level.
· Continuously strive to optimize processes through automation.
· Steer multi-functional and complex project plans from entitlement to full rollout.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-10 years experience in business management and/or management consulting and/or finance, ideally relating to retail supply chain, showing progression in areas of responsibility.
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a great attention to detail
  • Proven track record of rapidly building trust with others and managing senior stakeholder relationships - Strong program management skills.
  • Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of a Financial P&L
  • Enjoys working in international cross-functional team
  • Hands-on, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • An intense customer focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred
  • Strong project management skills - proven ability to lead cross-functional projects,
  • Good understanding of vendor management in a Retail environment
