Seller Support is a seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the Seller Support team to ensure Sellers have the best support experience possible across a multi-partner network. This position will be primarily accountable for supporting our onsite audit and compliance program covering our entire outsource network along with overall operational delivery and strategy. The successful candidate will draw from previous internal audit and compliance experience in contact center management and international vendor management to ensure proactive risk management and that our network is operating in control.

Core Job duties include:

  • Support and develop outsource compliance and risk management program
  • Escalation, change management, and corrective action
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action plan for variances in operational performance
  • Conduct or direct the internal investigation and remediation of compliance issues
  • Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
  • Conduct or direct the internal investigation and remediation of compliance issues
  • Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance policies and activities
  • Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of operational monitoring programs
  • Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes
  • Advise internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs
  • Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in quality control or corporate policy auditing
  • 2+ years’ supervisory experience
  • Advanced computer database, excel and Microsoft Office software skills
  • Strong understanding of current regulations affecting service and outsourcing companies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Capable of working independently and team environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management and across all business units
  • Strong project management background
  • Detailed reporting and metrics preparation
  • Quality management, and performance management
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to travel up to 40%; domestic and international

Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate compliance experience in a diversified global company
  • Leadership skills to provide authoritative guidance to functional business area representatives and operational leaders
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Wise use of discretion with the ability to gain trust of business leaders and others to discuss and respond to sensitive and business critical issues
