In this role, you’ll get to wear many hats, work fast and smart, and iterate quickly – all on behalf of our customers. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of a growing business opportunity and join a tightly-knit team tackling a very interesting and challenging opportunity in fast-fashion. You will manage one direct report and a wide scope of influence. Day to day, you will undertake in-depth analysis, translating information into ideas and make things happen fast. All while balancing the needs and requirements of multiple stakeholders. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will be key. To be successful in role, you will need to move fast, have an unrelenting tenacity to get things done, and be capable of breaking down complex problems and making data-driven decisions that best serve customers.
You will proactively design strategies and execute plans in 5 core areas:
1. Drive our customer insights
program (qualitative and quantitative) for satisfaction across all aspects of our offering.
2. Create differentiated brands
that achieve stand-out in a crowded, competitive and ever-changing marketplace.
3. Game changing ideas to increase new customer acquisition
into Amazon Fashion.
4. Build a conversion program
to drive long-term customer engagement and brand loyalty.
5. Across the team, manage prioritization
, trade-offs and on-time project delivery for a broad set of projects incl. traffic, design, branding and CX.
