The Amazon Devices team is looking for a talented Head of Online Marketing & Traffic
. This role will lead a team of Marketing Managers that develop marketing plans and activities to drive new customer acquisition, new product launches as well as customer engagement across Amazon websites. This role covers merchandising of all Amazon Devices as well as employing the traffic strategies across multiple traffic channels. This person will work closely with the Product Management, Dev and Marketing teams to build, implement and analyze marketing and merchandising programs that promote our lineup of Echo, FireTV, Fire Tablets and Kindle products on Amazon EU websites.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with excellent leadership capabilities to lead and develop a large, highly diverse team of marketing and traffic managers. This person must also enjoy being a creative contributor and thrive in working in a start-up environment.
