Amazon's Advertising Design & User Experience (ADX) division seeks a Creative Services Manager, International (CSM) to oversee distributed design services as a program and inform better resource decision-making across local and international stakeholders. This function will influence performance and reporting on local full-time creative staff as well as scaled production personnel by driving consensus for deployment of creative resources spanning local, off-shore, and third-party centers. As the supply enabler, this individual will have a fully informed point of view on service demand, staff requirements, and infrastructural needs.
The right candidate is a proven leader with a track record of successfully overseeing the planning, load-balancing, execution, and delivery of creative work—preferably from an agency or in-house creative operation—and will implement improvements to project management processes, tools, and infrastructure to drive efficiencies across the organization. As a division, our goal is to generate media-first custom creative executions and, ultimately, drive those innovations toward productization for scaled rollout; this role will help us realize that ambition in London as well as other ADX International creative centers Munich, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, and Toronto.
This position is located in London and reports to the Head of Advertising Customer Success, International.
