to answer more questions, more intelligently. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding group in Cambridge, UK to help achieve that goal, working with a smart group of software engineers and computational linguists. Customer obsession
is at the heart of this role, assessing customer experience through analysis of technical metrics and customer behaviour to develop a strategy and vision to improve our product. This role is inherently cross-functional - working closely with engineers and linguists in Cambridge and our stakeholder user experience and partner engineering teams in Seattle and Silicon Valley. Excellent business writing skills are crucial to drive the development of product requirements documents, which take our product roadmap from initial conception through to launching to millions of customers. A proven track record of managing trade-offs and dependencies with key stakeholders and experience delivering results in a constantly evolving environment is essential. You will work closely with the engineering team to assess architectural needs, advocating strongly for engineering needs and priorities where necessary.
