    We're looking for a smart, pro-active person to help grow our Digital Transactional Business with a major film studio. In this role you will work on new and established Film & TV franchises, helping to drive growth and a best-in-class customer experience. You will build great business relationships with the studio and lead in planning, presentation and execution.

    To achieve success in this role you will have a mix of marketing, editorial, analytical, relationship management, organizational and commercial skills. Your goal will be to contribute to increased traffic and sales for the studios brands by planning and executing effective marketing campaigns and promotions.

    You’ll be a product expert, contributing to the management of product information, promotions & merchandising; a marketing specialist, identifying opportunities to drive traffic and brand awareness; an operational whizz, managing admin tasks efficiently; and you'll have the analytical expertise to plan for and measure success.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in oral and written communication, multi-tasking, quantitative analysis, be comfortable picking up new systems & tools and be a confident communicator, able to present at all levels. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and analytical. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving your goals.

    This is a fixed term (11-month) contract position.

    Basic Qualifications

    For this role we require someone who:
    • Is passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales
    • Is target driven and results orientated
    • Has Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
    • Has analytical skills and high computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Has confidence in communicating both internally and externally
    • Is able to plan & prioritize their workload, managing their time autonomously
    • Is educated to at least degree level or has compensating work experience
    • Has a strong bachelors degree

    Preferred Qualifications

    Further qualifications would be a plus:
    • Knowledge of Film/TV industry and Home Entertainment landscape
    • Experience with SQL
    • Experience within e-commerce or retail would be advantageous
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or website content management systems
