We're looking for a Data Engineering Manager to help lead the Video Data Engineering team. Our existing data warehouse is built on AWS technologies like EC2, S3, and Redshift and processes over 15 TB of relational data in a matter of hours. We solve hard problems like DW source control, automated DW deployment and testing, backfill automation, and designing our DW to be massively parallel and highly performant.
As a DEM, you will lead a team of data engineers who are solving big data warehousing problems. You will hire and develop a talented and growing team, while playing a lead role in the expansion of a strategically important business. You will work with Amazon Video stakeholders to define and deliver a product roadmap, while maintaining a high bar on operational excellence and platform stability. You will define elegant ways to unlock the potential in the massive volumes of data from our customers.
