If you thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, we might be your perfect match. We don’t like to sit still, which is why we always treat every day like it's day one. It’s that kind of spirit that drives our success now and in the future and you could be part of it.

Amazon EU’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to support the FBA operation based at LTN1. Reporting to the FBA Country Lead, the Ops Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering large scale, cross-functional initiatives to improve key seller facing metrics. Partnering with broad network of stakeholders from across the business, this is a great opportunity to drive continuous improvements in operational excellence and build scalable processes that directly impact our seller experience. The role will require some travel within the UK and occasional meetings in European locations.

With Fulfillment by Amazon, Amazon’s new and innovative service offering, any merchant can send inventory directly to Amazon, where it is stored and managed in one of our modern, secured facilities. Merchants may list items for sale on Amazon or use other sales channels such as their own website or third party shopping/ auction websites. When orders are received, Amazon will professionally pick, pack and ship the product direct to a merchant’s customer. In addition, Amazon takes full responsibility for servicing the merchant’s customers and handles all customer returns as required, thus offering end to end fulfillment and customer service experience.

FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design that span the entire company. Come help build a world class product with Amazon’s customer centric focus applied to the Merchant experience.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Investigating and responding to escalated cases in a timely manner
    · Documenting SOPs and improving internal processes.
    · Performance management and quality audits
    · Work with relevant stakeholders such as Seller Recruitment, Seller Support, Fulfilment Centres, Legal and Compliance teams to improve processes and reduce incoming tickets.
    · Support the FBA Country Lead with new projects and initiatives.
    · Provide on-site support to teams in other Amazon locations throughout the UK and EU.
