Recruiters at Amazon play a critical role as Recruiting Partners to our Amazon Web Services businesses in EMEA ensuring that candidates are recruited in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner that meets the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business. Responsibilities include building attraction strategies, interview process management, offer management and building and maintaining relations within the hiring community.
We are seeking to recruit a HR4HR Recruiter for an 11 month FTC who will be responsible for sourcing mid to senior level talent for Talent Acquisition job families across EMEA. This individual will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service levels agreements.
The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritise and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritise to hit all customer SLA's. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
The candidate will have a reputation for being exceptional at research and candidate generation in a high volume environment & possess strong verbal and written communication skills. They will need to demonstrate an ability to prioritise their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service throughout this time of high growth. Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
