    • Leveraging recruiting and HR systems to update candidate records, post jobs, pull reports, confirm new hires and more
    • Providing follow-up to candidates, including status updates via phone and email
    • Tracking and reporting on recruiting activities and candidate status
    • Coordinating and scheduling post-interview debrief meetings
    • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
    • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

    Basic Qualifications

    • Experience multi-tasking in a fast pace, dynamic work environment
    • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with calendaring in Outlook or a similar tool
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
    • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
    • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
    • Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills
    • Adept at learning new software and web-based tools
This role is an 11-month fixed term contract.

In return, we offer a strong benefits package including healthcare. This is your opportunity to develop a rewarding career in a unique, passionate and international environment, work hard, have fun and make history!

Amazon is an equal opportunities employer. We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. We make recruiting decisions based on your experience and skills.
