    The Amazon Marketplace team is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant.. You will have previous administrative experience and will be happy to embrace a fast-paced, working environment.
    Tasks/ Responsibilities:
    • Provide executive support to the Senior Management of Amazon EU Marketplace team based in Luxembourg
    • Interact with Amazon counterparts on a global basis to arrange meetings and conference calls, with key operations colleagues and internal managers
    • Organize small-scale team events and larger-scale department events as required
    • Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes
    • Make timely decisions using independent judgment on a regular basis
    • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
    • Work closely with other teams to help and coordinate.
    • General Administrative Support to Executives
    • Meeting Planning
    • Calendar Support
    • Complex Travel Planning
    • Interface with Accounting - expense reports, purchase orders & invoices
    • Creation and updating of Presentations – for internal and external audiences
    • Research & Special Projects as needed


    Basic Qualifications

    A minimum of 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or Secretarial experience at Vice President, Director and/or Senior leadership level

    Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines

    Good computer skills, Outlook (Advanced), Word (Medium level), PowerPoint (Medium level), Excel (medium level) and internet research

    Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization skills and attention to detail

    Experience of diary and calendar management and arranging international travel and conference calls

    Demonstrate strong track record being a team player

    Demonstrate a track record of problem solving and analytical skill capability with the ability to operate with ambiguity.

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

    Strong office technology skills –especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

    Positive, proactive and able to have fun at work and help others do the same

    Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

    Must be flexible and able to work within a business of internet retail and logistics which operates regularly and commit the time required to get the job done

    English language skills are mandatory, German and French are assets for this role

    Preferred Qualifications

    The successful candidate will be able to or have:

    A minimum of 4+ years as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant or Secretarial experience at Vice President, Director and/or Senior leadership level

    Work independently on both project-based and recurring administrative tasks

    Work to deadline for time sensitive projects

    Work independently as well as on a team

    Effectively solve moderately complex problems with little or no direction

    Show self-confidence, composure and professionalism under any and all circumstances

    Consistently show strong attention to detail

    Communicate effectively at the all levels of the organization

    Write effectively and show strong correspondence skills

    Maintain confidentiality regarding all matters and have a high level of integrity
