    Amazon's ultra-fast, same-day delivery service, is seeking a creative, goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial person to join our exciting and fast-paced team. We're looking for a smart, talented business development person who will also be responsible for the account management. Our team is growing and if you are passionate about developing new business models to expand ultrafast grocery and improving our selection, price, and convenience through key partnerships, this role may be a great match.

    The Sr Business Development/Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
    • Special Projects and Business Development - defining, developing and executing new business models and new initiatives for ultrafast grocery
    • Onboarding – Work cross functionally with internal support teams to build scalable selection and onboarding processes to enable our rapid expansion
    • Account Management – Develop our existing merchants and drive activities in line with Prime Now strategy & business targets, Deal with account management reporting, communication and interaction with partners on an going basis
    The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering the best customer experience online. S/he raises the bar for merchants, and develops and executes strategies to grow our partnerships and selection. S/he is eager to solve difficult problems, is a self-starter, and drives projects end-to-end, including presenting progress to senior leadership on a regular basis. S/he excels at cross-functional collaboration, and identifies and influences key stakeholders across the organization and partners with development and business teams.     Basic Qualifications

    Bachelor Degree required, MBA is preferred
    · 6+ years of experience in Buying/Planning or equivalent experience such as Consulting, Finance, Merchandising or Operations
    · Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
    · Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
    · Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
    · High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
    · Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
    · Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves

    Preferred Qualifications


    MBA is preferred
