Within Prime Video, the Amazon Video Commerce Experience organization (AVCX) are responsible for the Amazon customer experience in purchasing and subscribing to video content, from surfacing the most relevant offers and ensuring transactions succeed to handling the life-cycle of everything they have bought. The Title Action Presentation Service (TAPS) is the AVCX service used for building the data needed to buy and play video content from all Prime Video client applications. The TAPS service is used in the rental of video, all Prime & 3rd party channel subscriptions, and is used in almost every purchase, playback, download and refund experience within Amazon's Prime Video platform. It is a fundamental component for almost all new projects and features, and is a central point for interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
