We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead our internationalization (i18n) program for Product Q&A at Alexa Shopping. This is a strategic role to shape our international expansion product directions and technical strategy in coordinating, developing and launching new product Q&A experiences across the globe. You will work closely with business, engineering, science and design within Alexa and across Amazon Consumer to deliver groundbreaking features that meet our quality bar and serve millions of Alexa's customer worldwide. You will lead high visibility program collaborating with various teams across Amazon and will own regular communication with senior leadership on technology, dependency management, risk mitigation and program health.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
Extensive Technical Program Management experience in a related industry, including hands-on management of large, cross-functional software efforts
Ability to conceptualize complex interrelated applications and system platforms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate those systems to non-technical team members and business partners
Proven track record in driving large, global and complex project from inception to completion
Great personal relationship skills, proven track record in building strong relationships with partner teams
Strong bias for action and a "get it done" attitude
Experience of working with remote teams
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects through work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
